10-man E C & B were comprehensively thrashed by Boxted, thanks mainly to an accomplished 117 from the home side's Llewellyn.

The Boxted total was always going to be beyond a E C & B side featuring 5 players under 19 and the E C & B innings became a case of bonus point acccumulation, to the ire of one or two of the Boxted players. There was no lack of effort on the part of our players but we are going to have to field stronger sides than this if we are to compete at this level in the league.
